37 week check!

Yesterday's 37 week check was just as mind-numbingly dull thrilling as you'd expect. Now that I know that Daniel is fine, it's hard for me to give a flying you know what if they say that I'm measuring small. Which, shockingly, I was.

Anyway, according to them, weight is the same. Which would mean no gain in 4 weeks, yet I am large so I am starting to think their scale is broken.

Blood pressure was awesome - 98/76 - Doc did say that with blood pressure being so low, they'd consider letting me go past 41 weeks . . . perhaps even as far as 41w and 4 days (which would be Monday, Oct 21) before the started the induction. Kind of cool.

I did test positive for Group B Strep. Want more info? Check out clicky It's really neither here nor there (just means IV antibiotics during delivery) except that I fear the slippery slope - if the IV is already going, it's a lot easier to say let's just put some pain killers in your IV . . . I'm really wanting a med free birth so we'll see.

The other news is that I'm not dilated at all. Which is good news for the wedding!
