10 Months Old!!!

The always-fabulous Daniel is TEN MONTHS OLD. Unbelievable!  Just for a laugh, here is he with the monkey we used as a size comparison in the past.

At ten months, Daniel:

• smiles, giggles and laughs often
• loves funny noises and will look around to find the source of an unfamiliar noise
• loves music - piano, bells, whistles and singing toys
• crawls very quickly
• WALKS! First steps at 9 months, 3 weeks
• squeals, squeaks, hums and blows spit bubbles
• thinks swings are awesome
• IS STILL BREASTFEEDING
• wakes multiple times a night
• has tried just about everything I eat except nuts (none until a year)
• likes the car and the stroller as long as he isnt too hot
• has SIX teeth
• is starting to learn that not everything goes into his mouth but still tends to bite
• thinks being told "no" is funny and will shake his head from side to side and giggle
• grabs his feet - and my feet
• loves the bath
• has been in an indoor pool, an outdoor baby pool and an outdoor splashpad
• loves books - for reading and eating!
• enjoys being out and about
• prefers to have your undivided attention
• wears size 9 or 12 month clothes (altho sometimes the pants are too long - we have a few 6-9 month pants)
• wears size 3 shoes. SHOES. 
• wears size 3 diapers except at night

41 weeks and 4 days . . . .

Daniel was born on October 21, 2013 . . .  after I'd carried him for 41 weeks and 4 days.

Today, August 8, 2014 . . . he is 41 weeks and 4 days old.
