Sale Haul!
Last night Daniel and I checked out the "Just Between Friends" consignment sale at the Convention Center. A friend of mine had managed to get preview tickets (the real sale is this weekend) and we were among the first 100 to get to look thru tons and tons of toys and clothes.
I spent 35 bucks and found . . .
Clothes! The green Mommy's Little Monster suit still had tags on it (18 months). This Rockstar Fleece Suit (18 months). The Big Guy fleece pull over. The blue My Mom Rocks shirt was sold with the plaid pants but the top is 18 months and the pants are 2T so maybe we can turn them into shorts. LOL

I went looking for a slide - and found one!!! The friend I went with got the same one for her son who is a week older than Daniel. I put it next to the pack n play to show size. Here's hoping for a slide video in the near future!
And my favorite thing - the vtech train!!!!
I've been eyeing it at target but it's 40 bucks so I've been hesitating. He can ride on it, pull/push, has these alphabet blocks that you plug in and it says "N is for Nut" or whatever. It also has a chute thing where you put the block in and they slide down and into the storage compartment on the second car. It counts to 5, sings, lights up, plays train sounds. So so so cool. I love baby toys. It's indicated for 6 to 36 months so here's hoping he loves it for a while.
